Ms. Monicah M. Mutinda is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with eight years of standing, and over a decade of cumulative legal experience. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Moi University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M) at the University of Nairobi, specializing in International Commercial Arbitration. She is also a certified professional mediator, bringing specialized mediation expertise to assist clients in negotiation, dispute avoidance, dispute management, and dispute resolution.

Ms. Mutinda previously served as a Senior Advocate and Legal consultant at Tier 1 law firms in KENYA . She is recognized as an expert in Corporate Law, with a strong focus on structuring, advising, and safeguarding corporate entities in complex commercial transactions. Her practice also encompasses Family Law, Conveyancing, Tax Law, Intellectual Property, Employment Law, and Commercial Litigation.

Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Mutinda has completed Law courses in prestigious forums, including The University of Cambridge United Kingdom, and holds certifications in Data Protection, enhancing her ability to advise clients on compliance, privacy, and governance matters.
